总理指示说：红二司这样做是不对的。

运动已搞了两年多了，不能再搞打、砸、抢、抄。红二司是新疆一个主要造反派，把他们放在新疆的文化大革命中的一个重要位置。他们每犯错误，（总理）都及时指出，他们自己也注意改正了，但是不能总犯错误。

拿走的东西都要立即一律交还，今后不能再犯。
